The labels
Three things mean three different things.
Being present in the event database does not automatically make something an editorial recommendation.
- Listed
- Practical event information received from a provider, organiser or venue. It has not necessarily been personally recommended.
- Scene pick
- An event chosen on editorial merit and checked against a primary source before publication.
- Sponsored
- Prominence that has been paid for. It is clearly labelled and remains subject to basic accuracy and suitability checks.

Recommendations are chosen for their usefulness, distinctiveness, value, quality of experience or ability to make a journey worthwhile. The aim is a balanced edit across places, prices, audiences and types of event—not a ranking of whoever has the largest marketing budget.
Verification
Editorial selections are checked against an organiser or venue source before publication. Dates, times, prices and availability can still change, so visitors should confirm the final details on the official link before travelling.
Commercial independence
Paid placements are labelled Sponsored at the point they appear. A commercial relationship does not produce a Scene Pick label, favourable review or hidden editorial promise.
Images and event information
Event imagery is used only in connection with the event it represents and according to the rights supplied with it. Descriptions may be edited for clarity without changing their material meaning.
Corrections and cancellations
Removed, postponed and cancelled events will be updated as soon as reliable information is available. Report an error with the event name, source link and correction needed.
